Returns and Exchanges
Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment ( No Exceptions) for exchange or refund except for the following items:
- tights
- undergarments
- sale items
Returns must be shipped to 25 Shea Road, West Brookfield, MA 01585
(please allow 1-2 weeks for processing)
- must be sent postage paid (non-refundable)
- must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached
- shoe boxes must not be damaged
- must include instructions as to what you would like done with your returned items (send a different size or color or simply credit your account) Additional shipping fees will apply to items resent except in the case of defect
- must include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original it will not be returned.
We strongly suggest you insure your returned item, since we hold no responsibility for lost or stolen return packages. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please send an email to our customer service department.
Limited Liability of Products Sole
Tip Toe Dancewear guarantees their products against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. No item will be considered for replacement without an included sales receipt. We reserve the right to deny claims of defective merchandise and product will be returned to the consumer without compensation. Items deemed by us as defective will be replaced at no cost or shipping fee to the customer.
